It’s been around for yrs. I’ve had it done many times and your hair shouldn’t look or feel fried if the stylist is experienced. It normally takes 4-6hrs because the chemicals has to penetrate your hair before they can straighten it or esle it won’t keep the shape.

January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm

January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm

wow, i want to get mine straightned like that but im so scared! i know someone who’s hair feel out in chunks after she did that. she ended up having to shave her head and get a wig cause she had so many bald spots!
January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm

January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm

January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm
is it almost like relaxing? Please tell me cause i hate my wavy and fizzy hair. Cause if it is then i think im going to get mine done..

That Japanese straighten has been out for years in Ny
January 20th, 2009 at 3:13 pm
Mine took 3 hours. :/
It’s pretty popular in Asia.
It will start going back to it’s original state after 3 months.
You still can curl it though.
It won’t turn frizzy if the products used are good. They did mine one side with Wella one side with L’Oreal? I forgot. I was hair model so it was free.
The setback is you can’t wash it for 3 days straight, if you want your hair really straight.

I think its the price
